Paris Hilton Hits the Decks in Brazil
Since we teased you guys with the news earlier last month, we wanted to update you on Paris Hilton’s debut DJ set in Sao Paulo, Brazil last night at the Pop Music Festival.
As we watched Twitter, fans and attendees started to tweet late into the night praising Paris for the show she was giving them. So we got curious and wanted to know more. From what attendees told us, “Paris created an electronic heavy set that flowed seamlessly one into another taking you through a dance journey.”
She started her set with a Poet and Chuckie mash up of Rihanna’s “We Found Love” and actually played a personal made mash up by her and Poet of DeadMau5 and Avicii “Some Chords vs. Levels”.
She included a few of her personal favorites by Swedish House Mafia including “Save The World”, “Antidote” and “In My Mind (Axwell Remix)”, all teed up to a stage show “filled with impressive graphics making the crowd in Brazil go wild.”
We caught up with Paris quickly after the set to hear how she was feeling about the show. She told HMOD, “I am so happy with the way the set turned out. It was better than I ever expected, the crowd was going crazy and it was so much fun to know I was creating that happiness! It was such a rush! The energy around the entire place was indescribable!”
Well isn’t that what it’s all about?! So continue to spread the love Paris, congratulations on your first show. We will catch it live soon!

Does anyone else think that she just hired some DJ to put a set together for her and then she stood there?

This is the most pointless article that I have read in a while. Why are you commending someone for remixing Levels yet again. What about being original? If you’re going to mash songs, at least use damn songs that haven’t been beaten to death with a stick. So pathetic. The crowd seemed bored as I was watching the video.

Is this some kind of sick joke? is my comment even going to get posted? hahaha You only need to go to the youtube video and count the number of Likes vs Dislikes to gauge what a success this was. An absolute insult to Dj’s the world over you know it and I know
